Get Your Skates On (GYSO) offer the best Roller Disco & Roller Skating entertainment all across East and West Sussex. 

We are a family run business that has now been operating for TEN years! We currently have NINE different sites and offer almost 30 Roller discos every single month! 

 

We invite all experience levels and all ages to join us at any of our venues. Our professional Skate Guards will be there to make sure everyone is having a great time in a safe environment.

 

Roller Skating is not just great fun, but it also an amazing way of staying fit! Our Roller Disco's provide the perfect indoor activity! You can burn up to 600 calories per hour. Roller Skating works most muscle groups including: Glutes, Quads, Abs, Calves and Arms!

Skating builds strength and increases muscle endurance and skating causes 50% less stress to joints than running!

 

All of our Roller Skating sessions have a live DJ that takes song requests, we also play a wide range of games that are fun for all ages and give away prizes! 

 

No Skates? No problem! We stock skates that range from a Childs size 8 to an Adults size 12! Skate hire is just £2.00.

 

We also take birthday parties bookings (Kids & Adults!). We stock approximately TWO HUNDRED pairs of skates, so no party is too big or too small. Parties start from just £5.00pp!

 

Safety is paramount, therefore not only do we do weekly checks on our skates, we also hire out protective pads for FREE!

 

We offer Skate Lessons from our fully qualified instructors from just £5.00, and we also have a large team of skate guards that are all DBS checked and are there for your safety.
